Baltimore – City Harbor Church 

August 4-8th 

A serving trip to Baltimore to bring practical support and spiritual love to City Harbor Church, a fellow Mannahouse Church in the East.  Ben & Rebecca Malmin and their two children moved from Portland, Oregon to Baltimore in 2011.  This church plant was an act of faith and courage to step into the things God was asking them to do.  They came with serving hearts and planted themselves right in the middle of one of the lowest income areas of our country.  This area also happens to be surrounded by some of the most wealthy communities in our country producing a very unique dynamic both economically and racially.  Ben works as a chaplain for the police department in their county and has a unique outlook and heart for the community, many times being a first responder in crisis situations.   Come with a heart to learn and a willingness to serve and bless.

We will be painting, cleaning, and even perhaps some bathroom construction if we have able hands.

This short term missions trip will cost $500/person and will cover transportation to/from Baltimore as well as around the city, lodging, and the support to help make this ministry continue.  A $50 non refundable fee secures your spot on the team.  The rest of the fee is due by the first week of July. If money is an issue please know we have fundraising opportunities and don’t want this alone to stand in your way.  If you are not able to make it this time we hope you will look for other opportunities in the future!
